Shipping policy

CARATMETRIC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time normally ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

USPS Ground Advantage: $4.99
Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more
Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days

Expedited Shipping

USPS Priority Mail: $9.99
Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote destinations may take longer.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier accepts the package.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
