We want you to be satisfied with your CARATMETRIC purchase.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unmounted, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Sample Packs: Sample Packs are not eligible for return once they have been opened, mixed with other stones, mounted, used, or otherwise altered.

Loose moissanite that has been set, mounted, modified, mixed with other stones, damaged, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
